The younger age groups are in the bowl, the older on the vert. If you are young enough for the bowl, you can go in both. Jam Format on the vert, Runs on the bowl!
Divisions for all age groups (9 and under, 12 and under, 15 and under, open men women and masters) for both boys and girls.

Its free to spectate, food trucks keeping us full, and live action across the day.
Early afternoon qualifying starts, so you can see all the skateboarders across the afternoon, with the best of the best men and women coming through to finals in the evening from 6PM.

Moomba is back for 2024! The action at Riverslide Skate Park will see athletes tear up the skate park in front of the festival crowds across skateboarding, inline, roller, skate, scoot and BMX.
The five-day event, running from Thursday 7 March to Monday 11 March 2024, is open to everyone. We welcome all skill levels and offer the opportunity to compete for top prizes and rankings.

Semi-finals: 2/5/3: two runs 45 seconds each 5 best trick attempt. The best run's score together with two best single trick attempts scores count for the final aggregated overall score.
Open Women* (no age division)
Qualifiers: two runs 45 seconds each

Prize money for scooter, BMX and skateboarding disciplines will be confirmed soon. Importantly, male and female prize money will be equivalent.
Competitions will be held across four age divisions: 12 and under, 14 and under, 16 and under and open. Each competition is split into male and female competitions.

Chiggy’s Skate Fest — NOOSA
As part of the 2022 Noosa Festival of Surfing, Chiggy’s Skate Fest will run a 3 day event at Noosa Woods from Friday 11th March – Sunday 13th March.
Daily skateboarding lessons will be available, as well as general sessions available to the public and demo’s from Chiggy and friends.
Our setup is a professionally built portable ramp by Ashley Wild at 8m x 6m x 1.6m
We will also be running 5 contests for the under 16’s and Opens with lots of product and cash giveaway’s up for grabs from all of our supporting sponsors.
